Who we are
We’ve spent years inside software companies automating workflows and building systems that helped larger businesses scale and we built GSD to give small businesses access to the kind of strategic thinking, operational clarity, and hands-on execution that used to be reserved for companies ten times their size. There's very little a small business owner can describe that one of us hasn't either experienced firsthand or systematically solved.

We work best with business owners who are technically excellent at what they do, but stretched thin when it comes to managing operations, growing strategically, or finding the bandwidth to build the business alongside running it. If you're a great technician but feel like the entrepreneur and manager in you are slipping, that's exactly the gap we fill.
We work with businesses at different stages, from owners just starting to get traction, to those pushing past $2M and trying to break through to the next level. Our entry-level offering exists specifically for businesses that aren't ready for a full partnership, because our goal is always to help you get there.
