Sign Your Service Agreement02
Review and accept GSD's service agreement online. Straightforward terms, no surprises. Your first invoice is issued at this point and collected before work begins.
Onboarding Kickoff Call03
We schedule a kickoff call to understand your priorities and your business, and establish how we'll work together. This is the foundation everything else builds on.
Trello Board Setup04
We’ll set up our shared Trello board → your home base for every active workstream, deliverable, and project update. From here, everything is visible and nothing falls through the cracks.

Once the board is live, you tell us what you need first. We open a card, schedule a 30-minute workstream kickoff call to align on scope and deliverables, and get to work. Your credits start here.

All day-to-day communication happens via email or Trello for easy referencing. Send requests, questions, or updates anytime. Responses within one business day.
WORKSTREAMS
Kickoff Calls for New Requests
Every new workstream starts with a 30-minute kickoff call to align on scope and deliverables. After that, work happens asynchronously. You'll receive drafts and deliverables via Trello and email as they're ready.
CREDITS
Monthly Refresh, Yours to Allocate However You See Fit
Your credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle. You decide what to prioritize; keep the same services rolling or shift focus entirely month to month if needed. Unused credits expire at the end of each month.
PROJECT TRACKING
Everything Lives in One Place
Our shared Trello board is the single source of truth for all active work. Every workstream has its own card detailing scope, status, deliverables, and notes, all in one place. You always know exactly where things stand.
TURNAROUND
5-10 Business Days on Average, Faster Turnaround for Enhanced Partnerships
Most deliverables are completed within 5-10 business days from our workstream kickoff, depending on complexity and feedback timing. We set a clear timeline at every kickoff call so there are no surprises. 3-7 business days for Enhanced Clients.
QUARTERLY REVIEWS
Every Quarter, Included in All Partnership Levels
Every quarter you remain in membership, we schedule a dedicated review session; what's working, where the gaps are, what to prioritize next. Included in both tiers at no additional credit cost. This is where we zoom out and make sure our work is moving the needle on your goals.
Pauses, changes, and cancellations

FOUNDATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS
Pause or Cancel Anytime.
No notice period required. If you need to step back, let us know. We'll close out any open workstreams cleanly within five business days and your engagement ends at the current billing cycle. No pausing fees ever.
ENHANCED PARTNERSHIPS
3 Month Minimum Commitment Before Open Changes.
Because Enhanced engagements often include large-scale active projects, we require a 3-month minimum commitment before your membership turns into a month-to-month subscription. Any work completed on our end at the time of cancellation is handed back over within five business days.

Need more credits mid-month? Additional credits are available at $25 each. Request them by email and they're added to your account same day.
